About Kent County Custom

Picture
Luc LeBlanc owns and operates Kent County Custom Mfg. Inc.. Nothing comes in or goes out of the shop without this guy putting his stamp of approval on it first! Providing nothing but the best service for his customers.
Kent County Custom opened its doors in 2003 in a backyard garage with only one incredible bike under its belt and its second bike in just the beginning stages of "reconstruction". It didn't take long for the word to spread about these beautiful customs and business started growing for this 22 year old Kent County native. In 2004 Luc was invited to participate in TSN's, "Canadian Chopper Challenge" where four of Canada's best builders went head to head. Luc placed just a few points behind first place winner Bob McKay of "McKay's Cycle". It was a close race and Bob was worried and rightfully so! Luc was new to the motorcycle world but he came by it naturally!
With business continuing to grow Luc found himself in need of a bigger space and in 2006 he made the move from his backyard garage into a much larger shop in which his customers now call home. After the move Luc expanded his business so he could provide everyday licensed service work, fabrication, licensed machining, tire and lube services as well as aftermarket parts. He increased his suppliers list above and beyond and hired a parts guy to tag along for the ride.
In the following years Kent County Custom continued to grow following the trends, the needs and the wants of customers from all over the Maritimes.  The summers always packed full of shows to attend and  the winters kept for the major builds.
In 2012 Luc was introduced to Gerry Merchant of "Merch Inc.", the company known for its crazy Canadian horsepower. It didn't take long for the two of them to hit it off and join together. Gerry wanting to pass his knowledge on and Luc eager for the knowledge of this unknown territory. With Gerry's past knowledge and Luc's present knowledge the two of them started working hard on coming up with some crazy Canadian stuff! Now in 2013, Luc his taking all his knowledge and injecting the crazy power into Motorcycle Engines Canada and United States wide.
